# Treatment

> The examinations and the procedure allowance included in a package.

Every visit type has a `treatment` with `exams`, the included medical
examinations, and `procedures`, the included procedure allowance.
[Treatment behavior](https://docs.spaportal.cz/api/treatment.md) explains how to present them.

## Examinations

| Field | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `exams.entry` | An entry examination at the start of the stay is included. |
| `exams.interim` | An interim examination during the stay is included. |
| `exams.interimFromNights` | Shortest stay, in nights, that includes the interim examination. `null` when it is included for every stay length or not included at all. |
| `exams.final` | A final examination at the end of the stay is included. |
| `exams.finalFromNights` | The same rule for the final examination. |

## Procedures

`procedures.count` is the number of included procedures per `procedures.per`:
`stay`, `week`, or `day`. Zero means no procedure allowance.

| `procedures.selection` | Meaning | `procedures.items` |

| `hotel_offer` | The guest chooses from the hotel's [`procedures`](https://docs.spaportal.cz/api/objects/hotel#procedures). | Empty. |
| `from_list` | The guest chooses from the listed procedures. | The choices, each with `count: null`. |
| `fixed` | The listed procedures are included. | The procedures with their counts. |

Each item is a [Procedure](https://docs.spaportal.cz/api/objects/procedure.md) with an added `count`: how
many times it is included during the whole stay. It is a positive integer for
`fixed` and `null` otherwise. Item counts do not use `per` and need not add up
to `count`; see
